Billions of sleepers are used on railways around the world today. As importance in transportation sector is increasing, demand for also increasing. Although wooden and steel were rail systems past, today most widely sleeper type reinforced concrete sleepers. Among these sleepers, pre-stressed used, popular that can be produced many countries. The two main production methods ribbed system non-ribbed anchor plated system. In this study, B70 have been investigated with positive moment determination tests at seat progressive failure observations according to EN 13230-2:2016 standard. After tests, detailed cracking, failure, fatigue analyzes under increasing test loads performed ANSYS® finite element analysis results both types According results, A-type 50% more compression stress first crack formation load (Frr) than N-type 0.05 mm permanent (Fr0.05), it seen 25% higher stresses occur design Fr0.05 load. obtained through compared actual field measurement which become recent years. direction, various suggestions made development railway models.
